How does the collaboration process work?
Our collaboration is divided into following phases:
1. Intro call
Fill in the contact form or send us an email with your request. We will arrange a 30 minutes intro call to discuss all your needs and decide on a most suitable solution.
2. Offer and timeline
Following our conversation we will send you detailed offer with pricing and project timeline. If needed, we can arrange additional call to discuss it in detail. After you decide on the offer, we will define payment method and project timeline in detail.
3. Online working space and strategy call
Before we start working on a project, we will set up online working space for your project where you can track project progress and timeline. There, you will have access to all documentation and materials. We will arrange strategy call to introduce you to the working space and to go over all the details and specifics for the project.
4. Design and implementation
After all the details have been defined we will start with working on the project according to defined timeline. Upon project completion we will present you the solution.
5. Feedback and improvements
Every project has one to two rounds of improvements based on your feedback. Usually these include minor changes and corrections.
6. Launch
When the project is ready, we will arrange launch and materials delivery. After you settle the receipt, you will get all the materials and your website will go live!
7. Maintenance
Once our collaboration starts it can continue after we deliver solutions to you. You can arrange long-term support for anything related to the original project or maintenance for your website. Even if you don’t require it, you are always welcome to reach out in case you need additional support.
How will we communicate?
All communication is done through email, online working space and video calls.
When does the project start?
Usually, the project starts few days to a week after all the details have been defined. Approximate timeline is included in the offer and detailed timeline is defined once offer is accepted.
How long does it take to finish my project?
Timeline for completing any project depends on several factors, including project’s complexity, required services and your specific goals. However, some general timelines are:
- simple website: 3 to 5 weeks
- custom web design and development: usually between 6 and 9 weeks
- brand design and marketing campaigns: 3 to 5 weeks
What is my part in project delivery?
Usually, clients are responsible for delivery of the materials used in the projects, such as texts images etc. It depends on you how involved you wish to be and how much time you have to spare and based on that we will define exactly what will be your role and your tasks.
What is the price of my project and how do I pay for it?
Total price of the project depends on the requested services and every offer is individual and based on your needs. This way we can make sure you only pay for the services you will get.
Once you accept the offer, you will pay 20% of the total price as an advance. Upon project completion, and before we deliver you all the materials you will pay remaining 80%. After payment we will deliver you all the materials and your website will go live.

What is the difference between website and web application?

Will I be able to update my website on my own after it is live?
Yes, we offer comprehensive training that ensures you are confident to make any changes you need on your website on your own. In case you need assistance our technical support is always available to help you out.

What is a brand guide?
Brand guide is a booklet with detailed descriptions and usage for your brand logos, colors, typography etc. It consists of clear guidelines and examples of how to use all elements of the brand and what to avoid to make sure brand stays consistent throughout the media.
